our new Website for the Canadian buyers and sellers of wholesale
goods. This Website is the first in a series of Web sites that
will span the globe with local products and services for the
wholesale community. Our sister site Wholesale Hub is one of
the most visited Web properties on the Internet. However, it
cannot fully serve the world-wide needs of our users, with local
information and services. Hopefully, you will get to know us
and visit often.
WholesaleHub.com has evolved during the past
few years from a home page to a World Class Web site. The hub was developed
with the understanding that the World Wide Web would be growing at a tremendous rate.
Initial development started in early 1997 when most of the Internet data was targeted to
technical people and there was very little available information for wholesale buyers and
sellers. The hub concept is continually developed as a friendly place where wholesale
buyers and sellers meet to gain valuable information directly related to their needs. It
has grown into the primary portal for very small business people. The targeted users
utilize the site as both a starting point and on-going community. By utilizing the
various directories, chat rooms, message boards, classified ads and the many other
services provided, visitors can get valuable and timely information, for both
enjoyment and profitable business networking.
Income is derived from the sales of
advertising and links to affiliated merchants and services. The
hub receives receive over 700,000 targeted visitors per year. Our opt-in
ezine newsletter is distributed to people in over 20 countries.

We are actively creating this exciting
community for both buyers (businesses who buy goods from wholesalers etc. and resell to
the general public) and sellers (businesses who sell to businesses only and not to the
general public) of wholesale goods. Our intent is to create commerce via our site. We do
not directly broker or sell goods. Our site is similar to your local mall, with the
exception that our site accommodates both buyers and sellers with storefront (classified
ads). There are also message boards where people can meet and
exchange information. Through on-line and print
advertising WholesaleHub.com receives thousands of visitors per day to
our site.
Also, we will be offering various incentives
for independent contractors to sell the services provided by the site. In addition,
